What is your return policy?

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. Where Is My Streaming Purchase?

Streaming purchases are found under “My Library” once you log into the streaming site: https://streaming.lamarzulli.net/sign_in

If the expected items do not appear there, you can click on “Dashboard” in the menu https://streaming.lamarzulli.net/account/profile and review your purchases. Rentals are normally available for 7 days (starting the date of the purchase). If you purchased the film, instead of renting it, it should stay in your library.

If you do not see a purchase you made, be sure to check your email for purchase confirmation. Be sure you are using the right email address. Streaming purchase confirmation emails will have the title “Order Confirmation for Your Streaming Purchase – L.A. Marzulli” and will be from la@lamarzulli.net.
