The Cultural Impasse and the Cold Civil War

We are in the midst of a cold-civil war. At least Rush Limbaugh proclaimed this unnerving statement recently. I also blogged about it and discussed it in a PPS Report.

We are at an impasse between those who are progressives and want to re-make America into something it isn’t and those of us who are traditionalists, who believe in what I would call the Judeo/Christian underpinnings of this nation.

How do we sit down with Maxine Waters who recently stated that our president, who was elected by millions of people, should be locked up in solitary confinement? There is no common ground here, only an arrogant, statement by an elitist who has made millions of dollars by “serving” in congress. There’s no room for discussion. Maxine, like many on the left, wants nothing less than Trump impeached and then locked away in solitary. Is there room for discussion? None. Can we reason together…

We can add to Maxine Waters, the so-called “squad,” who are the freshmen congresswoman and are ardent socialists. One of them Alexandria Ocasio Cortez has authored the New Green Deal which if implemented would essentially bankrupt America. The other three women are also calling for the impeachment of our president. Tlaib who has a history of antisemitic remarks, as well as anti-Israeli comments, is now selling t-shirts that say impeach the M….f…..! Really? And this women is serving in our Congress?

When Adam Schiff can essentially re-write the transcript of Trump’s phone call with the president of Ukraine and then call it a parody, we have crossed a line into the theater of the absurd and we are looking at nothing less than a Kangaroo court that has no place in America. Trump is right, Schiff should be fired immediately.

The Main Stream Media has become nothing more than a mouthpiece for the Democratic Party. They will say and print anything to suit their ends and publicly eviscerate anyone who is unfortunate enough to be found in their cross-hairs. Justice Kavanaugh is a perfect example of this. He has been falsely accused by a woman who is at best questionable. Yet, the media are like crazed lemmings, madly rushing toward the cliff of no return, that of judgment and condemnation where there is none to be found.

Millions of Americans were called Depolarbles by Hillary Clinton, who recently has resurfaced and there is talk that she might run again—God forbid—in 2020. Can you imagine? Millions of us, because of the values that we hold dear, are labeled by someone who might have become our president, as deplorables.

Where are we headed? If the Dems do impeach Trump will we engage in civil disobedience? Will impeachment fracture the country? Will certain states succeed from our union? Will there be riots?

Many of us realize that our government and many of its agencies are corrupt and yet because of the real collusion with our media nothing is done about it. All one need to do is to look at Joe Biden’s involvement with Ukraine and what amounted to a strong arm ultimatum which resulted in a Ukrainian prosecutor being fired for investigated Hunter Biden! Is the MSM talking about it? Of course not. Only Fox News covers it. All the other networks have given Biden a pass. Can you imagine if Trump’s son had been found to be receiving 50k a month for serving on a board of a Ukranian energy company? Double standard anyone?

In closing. We are at an impasse. The ideologies of the left, or what I would call the New Socialists is repulsive and abhorrent to many Americans. Most fair-minded folks are not for open borders, bigger government, higher taxes, the LGBTQ agenda, mass immigration, and abortion on demand.

I think our Declaration of Independence states best where I think we may be headed.

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,

–That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.

There is talk of Boris Johnson (Prime Minister of UK) being impeached and the threat of a court case against Bibi (Benjamin Netanyahu) but it is highly possible that these, along with Trump were all part of God’s last offering of an opportunity to the nations to turn to Him and that what is now happening is all part of His grand plan. Meanwhile the likes of Soros et al are chuckling into their champagne not realising that God knows exactly what He is doing and, what’s more, what they are doing! Therefore those of us who love the Lord need to look up and rejoice for our redemption is very, very close and learn to trust God no matter what is happening in the world. He has all of this covered and it is coming to plan beautifully. Never forget Jesus tells us these things are going to happen, before they happen so that when they happen we will believe in Him even more. Maranatha Lord.

Let’s be real about it. The left aren’t really progressive. To be progressive is to stand for progress, which the left clearly does not. Not only is it destructive, it is self destructive. Socialism is a bastion of those who reject GOD and truth. In their defiance of GOD, they have become bold. In their boldness they think themselves wise. In their desire to call themselves wise, they have become fools. Receiving unto themselves their own corruption, they have become corrupt minded. They are insane, incapsulated by their just reward. I’m with Julia and Joe; just not as eloquent so I’ll let their words stand for mine. As Ephesians 6 says, after putting on the armour and doing all YOU can where YOU are, stand (for righteousness and Kingdom principles whatever the cost)! The worst the Evil One can do is give us a ticket to the Hebrews 12 cloud of witnesses– and that only with Jesus’ permission.

Jonathan Cahn referee’s to this time as returning to paganism. Because so many are seemingly blind (asking really stupid questions! Remarks without basis) I am wondering if an evil supernatural force has overcome America.
As a Christian I don’t really give either side my allegance, but do try to support the one that will allow my Christian faith. I don’t see either side as pro Christian faith (both have an agenda)
I am really not clear on how or if evil would interact with us but the emotions I see happening make me think that is what we are dealing with. Wondered your if you have thoughts on that line?

  Dear Nancy, I pray that you live among Christians who put their money where their mouth is. My beloved and I stood up 40 years ago about abortion, the stuff being taught in schools, etc, etc, as very new Christians in our 30s and, despite knowing quite a few alleged Christian families not one of them stood with us. Sadly not one of them are still walking with the Lord either. So do be aware and I pray that your testimony will not be like ours was. By the way this was in the UK.

I am going to come out to say this. Carl Nuckolls made the mention of returning to paganism. The fact is that the Roman Catholic Church as always been pagan. They follow the idolatry of Nimrod and Semiramis Tammuz, Not the Lord Yashua Jesus Christ. This demonic organization called the Vatican does not put out Christ doctrine. Never has never will. Many unsuspecting Christians are King James only believers and consider the Book of Enoch heresy same as the Roman Catholic Church. The Church system 501c3 is being shaken to the core and many will revert back to home Churches. The Roman Catholic Church is a vampire squid. Most of the evangelical churches still follow much of the Rome Doctrine that will cause them to fall as well. Far too many are believing that the Virgin Mary remained a virgin after Christ was born and that she is sinless. Far too many that Jesus was not married and remained single. Cold civil war is an understatement when when we had Mandalay Bay Hotel shooting, Dayton Ohio Shooting and the Orlando Shooting. WAKE UP people.   “Far too many that Jesus was not married and remained single.” ??????????????? Gosh my dear I think your tinfoil hat is gripping your head a little too tight. Of course Jesus is ‘single’ He is engaged to His Bride which is us but the wedding will not be consummated until He takes us home in the Rapture. I thank God I live in a country where the kind of shootings you have in the US just do not occur, nor does worshipping the KJV either which, despite being English, I have never been able to understand that well but then I speak 21st century English not 17th century English!
