This form is for anyone who has had their payment rejected or received an error while purchasing in the store, especially if you have had a problem purchasing with a credit card. I have spoken with paypal a number of times on the issue and have had them review LA's account several times for errors. A majority of the times the error with credit card is in kind of a grey zone, where it's not so much an error but either the bank or paypal declines the card because it A) Paypal suspects fraud B) The card issuer suspects fraud C) The credit card is in bad standing with paypal (a rarity)
Please, if you have received an error while purchasing in the last month or so purchasing in the store, fill out the form and I will do everything I can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
